When you (a customer and/or supplier register to purchase or sell products through www.frobson.co.uk we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, and business requirements. ‘F. Robson’ then keeps a record of this information.
If you (a customer and/or partner) sign up for the email newsletter, we keep your name, email address and postcode on record to be used solely for this purpose alone.

For How Long We hold Your Information

Customer information that includes contact details including phone numbers, email addresses, and delivery instructions shall be kept for no longer than 3 years after we last delivered or quoted.

7 years after our last delivery or quotation, all account information (including names, addresses, and sales/purchase history) shall be deleted permanently from our system.

Data over the Internet

The internet is a global network, so it is possible for your data to travel internationally, which may include places outside the European Union. If you visit www.frobson.co.uk you’re agreeing and authorising us to process data in this way.

How We Protect Information

We take every precaution to protect your information. To this end, all personal information stored by us is kept on a server in a secure environment.
Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) encryption technology is used for protection of information in transit for any sensitive transitions such as payments, website, and emails.
We do not store or process your card details ourselves, they are processed and stored via one of our contracted third party service providers.
Only employees, our suppliers and any third party service providers who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information on a need to know basis.
